Here is the dam with bridge and the outer moat at the Utrecht Exit. On the dam the barrier and the tracks of the Gooische steam tram. In the middle above the wall the bridgekeeper's house (Building Z'). This is the connection between the road to Laren (the current Amersfoortsestraatweg) and the envelope with covered way to the Utrecht Gate. This part of the envelope is in front of Promers Bastion.
