Utrecht : Temporary Barracks for Military Engineers, before 1904.
This is a building at the military Damlust Grounds along the Croeselaan and was earlier intended as depot for military vehicles.
In 1877 the Military Engineers settled in this building after their old barracks was destroyed by a fire. In 1913 the Military Engineers moved to the new Kromhout-Barracks next to Fort Vossegat. In connection with the plan Hoog-Catharijne the barracks was demolished around 1967-1968 to make place for the square Jaarbeursplein.
